Moray has 10 years' experience working in Offshore Wind, 15 years working in Subsea Technology and ROV services, and over 20 years working in offshore Oil & Gas.  

He has experience in executive leadership at startup, SME and PE backed offshore service and technology manufacture businesses.

Moray is a regular contributor to industry magazines, conferences and events, and is the host of the OGV Renewables podcast series 'Let's Talk Transition'.  Moray founded Annet in 2020.

When not consulting, Moray is being a proud dad, cycling and restoring a historic building.

Steve has 18 years’ experience in the subsea sector in roles such as Commercial Director and Sales & Marketing Manager.  

He has been particularly focussed on growing revenue in areas such as training (classroom, worksite and online), consultancy and equipment testing and trials and is experienced in negotiating positive outcomes with clients, partners, trade associations and support organisations.

A keen biker and skier, Steve is happiest being beaten down the trail by one of his two daughters – an all too frequent occurrence.

Colin is a seasoned professional in offshore cabling projects, having led the installation of inter-array and export cables in significant offshore wind endeavors like 

Hornsea 1, Neart Na Gaoithe (NNG), and South Fork Wind.

With over twenty years of project expertise, Colin is committed to meticulously executing projects with precision, adhering to timelines and budgetary requirements. 

His international experience across Africa, Asia, Europe, and lately, the USA, enriches his skill set, encompassing effective communication, a customer-focused mindset, outstanding interpersonal capabilities, and strong leadership proficiency.

Justin has over 28 years of experience in the oil & gas, marine, and renewables sectors, including engineering, procurement, project management, sales and business development.

Based in Houston, he has lived and worked across the UK, Scandinavia, Southeast Asia, and the Americas, leading teams, projects and collaborations worldwide. 

Justin is Houston Ambassador for the Scottish Business Network and is an active GlobalScot member. 

When not working, Justin spends time with his wife and student-athlete kids, taking trips, and managing too many pets..

Ewan has 15 years’ experience designing and delivering strategies across multiple sectors, helping MDs and CEOs calculate their fastest route to company goals. 

As Commercial Director and Head of Business Development Ewan has driven growth, increased margins and built relationships with customers and strategic alliances.

Ewan is an experienced speaker and presenter at local and national events as well as facilitating team days for companies. 

Outside of work Ewan loves spending time with his wife and kids, playing golf or upcycling something around the house or garden.

  Katrina is a highly professional and efficient project manager with over 26 years’ experience delivering high profile events, exhibitions and communications projects across the UK and overseas. 

She has worked across a range of sectors such as energy, pharmaceuticals, tourism, construction, local and national government, retail as well as supporting various charities.

When not in work mode, Katrina spends time with her husband, dog and two cats and enjoys travelling, particularly with a good book to read.

  Andy’s career in commercial, sales and business leadership roles in the

offshore wind and communications industries, spans 30 years and four continents. 

He is experienced in high level commercial negotiations and stakeholder management. 

Andy has extensive experience in setting up and leading teams to conclude

and implement complex deals.  

In his leisure time, Andy is a keen fly fisherman and a dab hand in the kitchen.

Jacco has a sound commercial and technical expertise in the energy sector with more than 20 years experience for leading operators, service companies and in Floating Offshore WInd.

He has a successful track record from both commercial and engineering roles and an exclusive portfolio that covers the full life cycle of field development.

When not consulting,  Jacco enjoys playing tennis, cycling with his son, and learning how to play the piano. 

Leading our Sustainability and GHG consulting practice, James has 15 years’ experience working in the energy industry, with the majority in senior and director level management positions.

A leader with a proven track record in Sustainability, GHG Reduction, Supply Chain, and Capital Projects, James has worked for many of the leading Operators in the industry.

When not consulting, James can be found at his blacksmith’s forge in London, where he makes and sells high quality custom kitchen & BBQ tools. 

   Patrick has 20 years' experience in Sales and marketing within the upstream E&P industry.  He is recognised by his peers for driving and achieving strategic goals.

With significant international experience, Paddy has a well-earned reputation and experience with start-ups, independent service companies, and corporate multi-disciplined organisations.

A retired marathon runner and pleased to be that way, Paddy is married with a daughter at university.

Lesley qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1998 with Deloitte. She was appointed Group Finance Manager at Stewart Milne Group in 2004 and then took up the post of Finance Director of their construction division.

Since the birth of her son in 2011, Lesley has focused on assisting SME’s in construction, the motor trade and subsea service companies.

When she’s not balancing the books, Lesley enjoys walking, cooking, singing and playing the piano.

Doug has over 30 years experience in subsea ROV, Diving & Integrity management in Oil & Gas, Offshore Wind and Tidal Energy applications.

He has undertaken Subject Matter Expert and Leadership roles at Shell, Total, Petrofac and EnQuest, in addition to consulting in offshore wind and operational safety. 

When not consulting, Doug can be found playing tennis or the saxophone - but not usually at the same time.
